Resume
Experience, tools, and practical evidence.
I am a Cyber Security student with hands-on IT service desk experience and a growing technical portfolio across software development, security analysis, AI, and hardware.
Sonic Healthcare
IT Service Desk
Working on a service desk gave me experience supporting real users whose work depended on reliable access to devices, accounts, applications, and shared services. I handled support requests across Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory and account access, printers, network connectivity, and business applications.
Support work
I investigated issues through ticketing and remote support workflows, gathered the information needed to understand the problem, and worked through practical troubleshooting steps.
User communication
I explained technical issues clearly, kept users informed, and documented work so the outcome was useful beyond the immediate support request.
Earlier customer-facing work across pharmacy, retail, food service, delivery, and freelance or online work also developed the patience, adaptability, and communication skills I now bring to technical support.
Griffith University · Current study
Bachelor of Cyber Security
Coursework has developed my understanding of cyber security fundamentals, cryptography, networking, programming, mobile development, deep learning, technical investigation, and evidence-based reporting.
Griffith College · Completed
Diploma of Information Technology
Established the broader information technology and software foundation that supports my current degree and project work.
Software and systems I have worked with
These are tools I have used through professional support, university coursework, or documented project work. The depth varies by context, so they are grouped by where I have applied them.
IT support and systems
Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory basics, account access, printers, network troubleshooting, business applications, ticketing systems, remote support, and technical documentation.
Software and web development
JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Expo, Vite, React Router, Redux Toolkit, AsyncStorage, Axios, Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, Git, and GitHub.
AI and machine learning
PyTorch, Torchvision, CNNs, Vanilla RNNs, LSTMs, bidirectional LSTMs, model training and evaluation, experiment comparison, data loading, and Anthropic API integration.
Cyber security and analysis
OpenSSL, John the Ripper, Linux virtual machines, classical cryptanalysis, AES, CBC and CTR modes, RSA, LFSR stream ciphers, password hashing concepts, authentication, access controls, security headers, CORS, and secure secret handling.
Hardware and prototyping
Arduino, C++, breadboards, wiring, RFID modules, keypads, LED matrix displays, buzzers, servos, motors, circuits, and physical input/output. This is an active learning area rather than advanced professional experience.
Projects that show how I apply the tools
Building confidence with physical systems
I am learning Arduino and electronics through small builds that connect code with sensors, circuits, and physical outputs.
Completed prototype
RFID Security Console
An access-control demo using RFID, keypad input, LED matrix status, buzzer feedback, and a servo-driven cardboard latch.
Planned
Obstacle-Avoiding Robot Car
A 2WD Arduino robot-car project intended to develop sensor input, motor control, and obstacle-avoidance logic.
